The group switch is designed to switch phases on sequentially while maintaining previously switched-on phases. It can be used, for example, when three heating elements of 1 kW each are connected in series - including sequential heating elements, a heating power of 1 kW, 2 kW, 3 kW, or 4 kW can be created.
