    Your request will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours); this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic.


Right of withdrawal (termination of the purchase agreement)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you who is not a carrier, take possession of the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or component in the case of an order with multiple goods or partial deliveries).

  2. Where can you exercise your right?
    If you want to withdraw from the purchase agreement, please let us know via your user account.

    Termination can be done by any unambiguous means (e.g., email).
    You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

  3. Return address.
    A return label is usually available in your user account on pelek.eu.
    If no label was provided, please send the goods to:

    Please contact us in advance via shop@pelek.eu or +420 774 242 766 to register your return and coordinate the further procedure.

  4. Timely withdrawal.
    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the contract?
    In case of withdrawal, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the notification, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

  2. Refund.
    We use the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
    No costs will be charged for the refund.
    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return.
    You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
    The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

  4. Costs for the return shipment.
    The direct costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
    If the value of the returned product is higher than 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (from 40.01 EUR), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    When the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you bear the costs yourself.

  5. Depreciation of the product.
    Upon withdrawal, you are liable for depreciation of the returned goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
    If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation equal to the depreciation, which we deduct from the refundable purchase price.
    We assess each case individually and inform you about it by e-mail.

  6. Situations where withdrawal is not possible.
    These cases are described in Article 3.6 of the general terms and conditions.
