    We provide customer support via the telephone number and email address stated above on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.

  3. Processing time for your request or complaint.
    Your request will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours); this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic.


Right of withdrawal (termination of the sales agreement)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (or the last product, partial delivery or component in the case of an order involving multiple goods or partial deliveries).

  2. Where can you exercise your right?
    If you wish to withdraw from the sales agreement, let us know through your user account.
    You can also reach us by email at info@pelek.be or by phone at +420 705 724 353.
    Withdrawal can be made by any unequivocal means (e.g. email).
    You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

  3. Return address.
    A return label is normally available in your user account on pelek.be.
    If no label was provided, send the goods to:
    PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov, Czech Republic.
    Please contact us in advance at info@pelek.be or +420 705 724 353 to register your return and coordinate the further procedure.

  4. Timely withdrawal.
    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the agreement?
    In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notification (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

  2. Refund.
    We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
    No fees will be charged for the refund.
    We may postpone the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods.
    You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
    The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

  4. Return shipping costs.
    The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
    If the value of the returned product is higher than 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (from  40.01EUR), we will bear the return costs.
    If the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you are responsible for the costs.

  5. Decrease in the value of the product.
    In the event of withdrawal, you are liable for any decrease in value of the returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
    If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation equal to the decrease in value, which we will deduct from the purchase price to be refunded.
    We assess each case individually and will inform you by email.

  6. Situations in which withdrawal is not possible.
    These cases are described in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
