  3. Processing time for your request or complaint.
    Your request will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours); this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic.


Right of cancellation (cancellation of the purchase agreement)

  1. Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or component in the case of an order involving multiple goods or partial deliveries).

  2. Where can you exercise your right?
    If you wish to cancel the purchase agreement, let us know through your user account.
    You can also reach us by email at info@pelek.be or by telephone at +420 774 242 766.
    Cancellation may be made by any unambiguous means (e.g. email).
    You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

  3. Return address.
    A return label is normally available in your user account on pelek.be.
    If no label was provided, send the goods to:

    Please contact us in advance at info@pelek.be or +420 774 242 766 to register your return and coordinate the next steps.

  4. Timely cancellation.
    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

  1. What happens if you cancel the agreement?
    In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notification (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

  2. Refund.
    We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
    No fees will be charged for the refund.
    We may postpone the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods.
    You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
    The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

  4. Return shipping costs.
    The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
    If the value of the returned product is higher than 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (from 40.01 EUR), we will cover the return costs.
    If the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you are responsible for the costs.

  5. Reduction in the product’s value.
    Upon withdrawal, you are liable for any reduction in value of the returned goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product.
    If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation equal to the reduction in value, which we deduct from the purchase price to be refunded.
    We assess each case individually and inform you by email.

  6. Situations in which withdrawal is not possible.
    These cases are described in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
